Actualmente realizamos envíos a:
• España Península
• Islas Baleares
Por el momento no realizamos envíos a Canarias, Ceuta ni Melilla.
📦 Processing Time
Once the order is placed:
Processing time: 1–3 business days (package preparation, product verification, and packaging).
🚚 Shipping Time
Envío estándar: 6 a 10 días hábiles.
En caso puntual de alta demanda o falta temporal de stock, el envío podrá realizarse directamente desde fábrica, manteniendo un plazo estimado dentro del rango indicado.

All orders include a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped:

Although orders usually arrive within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

Si tu pedido tarda más de 16 días hábiles, contáctanos y lo revisamos.
📨 Incorrect Address
If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package cannot be delivered, we will not be able to issue a refund until the package is returned to the sender (if possible).
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
💳 Undelivered / Lost Orders
If an order is marked as lost or missing, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
