Refunds and Returns

🧾 Right of Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.


📦 Conditions for Accepting Returns

We may accept a return if any of the following conditions apply:

The product has manufacturing defects.

The item arrived damaged during shipping.

You received an incorrect product.

The item is not functioning properly.


We cannot accept returns if:

The product has been used.

The damage was caused by improper use.

The customer changes their mind after the order has been shipped.

The product is a personal-use item (for hygiene reasons).


🔄 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for another model, color, or version, please contact us.
We evaluate each case individually to provide the fastest possible solution.


💸 Refunds

Once the return is approved:

The refund is processed within 3–10 business days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If a replacement shipment is applicable, we will confirm it with you in advance.


📨 How to Request a Return

  2. Full name
  3. Photo or video of the issue
  4. Brief explanation

We will respond within a maximum of 24–48 hours.


International Returns

We accept returns from all countries we ship to:
Spain, the United Kingdom, the rest of Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

The procedure is the same; however:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The estimated international return shipping cost is €20–35 / $25–40 USD.
In the case of damaged or defective products, we offer a replacement or full refund without requiring the item to be returned.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Once the return is received, we process the refund within 3–7 business days.

Customs

In some countries, packages may be subject to customs inspections.
In the event of a return, any customs fees are non-refundable.
